How to answer
Leadership here means influence, not titles. Show the "over time" part: what changed because of your steady contribution.

How to answer
Creativity includes problem solving and original thinking, so an unconventional approach to anything qualifies. Show the creative process alongside the output.

How to answer
Opportunity or barrier, whichever is true of your record. Describe what you did with the situation, since readers score your response to it.

How to answer
Steps taken is the scoring rubric, so spend the words on your actions. Address the academic-achievement question directly; do not skip it.

How to answer
Inside and outside both count. The essay is a track record of pursuit, so line up the evidence in sequence.

How to answer
A concrete contribution with a visible result. Small and real beats large and aspirational every time.
